                            Notification of Results

Spice Holdings will be announcing interim results for the period ended 30
October 2005 on Monday 16 January 2006.

An analyst presentation will be held at 11am that day at the offices of KBC Peel
Hunt at 111 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1PH. The presentation will be
followed by a buffet lunch which will also be attended by the managing directors
of Spice's four operating divisions.
