Share holding in the Company

The Company was notified on 12 July 2005 by Universities Superannuation Scheme
('USS') that USS had reduced its interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 10
pence each to 1,000,000 shares, representing 2.37 per cent of Spice's issued
share capital.
