                          Share holding in the Company


The Company was notified on 2 March 2007 by Spice Holdings Trustees Limited that
the Trustees of the Freedom Group Employee Share Ownership Plan holds an
interest in 3,945,185 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Spice, representing in
total 7.97 per cent of Spice's issued share capital.
