Share holding in the Company

The Company was notified on 9 May 2008 by Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited that Ameriprise Financial, Inc and its group holds a direct interest in 118,000, and an indirect interest in 2,781,480, ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Spice, representing in total 4.8 per cent of Spice's issued share capital.
