Share holding in the Company

The Company was notified on 3 March 2008 by Aegon UK Group of Companies that it
holds a direct interest in 1,278,721, and an indirect interest in 534,212,
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Spice, representing in total 3.02 per cent
of Spice's issued share capital.
