      Sale of shares by a director of Spice plc ("Spice" or "the Company")


The Company has been notified today that John Taylor, non-executive director of
Spice, disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at £5.22 per share on
24 April 2007. The Company has also been notified today that Margaret Taylor,
the wife of John Taylor, has disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
at £5.22 per share on 24 April 2007.

John Taylor's revised shareholding in Spice, including family interests and
connected parties totals 92,156 shares (representing approximately 0.17 per cent
of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).
