Spice Holdings PLC 06 September 2006 6th September 2006 Spice Holdings plc Directorate Change Spice Holdings plc ('Spice' or 'the Company') will be announcing during its Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held today at 2pm, that Nick Rodgers is stepping down as a non-executive director of Spice with immediate effect following his appointment as chief executive of Ipso Ventures Limited. Spice is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Shallow, aged 51, as a non-executive director with effect from 20 September 2006. Michael is a chartered accountant and non executive director and chairman of the audit committee of Britvic plc and Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc. Michael will also become chairman of Spice's audit committee as well as a member of the Company's remuneration and nominations committees. Previously, Michael was finance director of Greene King plc between 1991 and 2005 and prior to this held senior positions with Accenture and Woolworth. No further disclosures are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
