                           Sale of Shares by a Director


The Company has today been notified that John Taylor, non-executive director of
Spice, yesterday disposed of 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at 292
pence per share.  John Taylor's revised shareholding in Spice, including
connected parties, totals 132,156 shares (representing approximately 0.25 per
cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).
