Fairey Group plc announces that it will hold a Board Meeting on Monday 13 March
2000 to approve for publication its announcement of results and recommended
final dividend for the year ending 31 December 1999.
Please note that the ex-dividend date will be 15 May 2000 and record date will
be 19 May 2000, with the final dividend payable on 16 June 2000.
