New Agency Agreement with Capital Shopping Centres

SpaceandPeople plc (AIM:SAL), the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, is pleased to announce it has signed contracts with Capital Shopping Centres Group plc ("CSC"), the FTSE 100 listed specialist developer, owner and manager of pre-eminent UK regional shopping centres, to manage and sell promotional space in the majority of their shopping centres. This exclusive agency agreement with CSC became effective 14 July 2012 and compliments the current RMU contract with CSC that has been in place since 2002.

This new agreement encompasses 11 additional venues including many of the leading UK shopping centres such as Lakeside (Thurrock), Metro Centre (Gateshead) and Braehead (Glasgow) to add to The Arndale Centre (Manchester) and Cribbs Causeway (Bristol) already under contract with S&P.
