The  Company  was notified on 17 February 2005 that Mr. Robert  Flint  has  sold
40,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, as a result  of
which,  his  shareholding has reduced to 450,000 shares, representing  3.94  per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
