                               Exercise of Options

The  Company hereby announces that on 19 March 2007 it allotted 12,000  Ordinary
1p  Shares  in the Company at a price of 12.5 pence per share to an employee  of
the Company following the exercise of options granted under the EMI Share Option
Scheme.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to  trading
on AIM, which is expected to occur on 26 March 2007.

Following  the  issue  of  these new Ordinary Shares, the Company has 11,412,000
Ordinary Shares in issue.
