Mr. Matthew Bending, a director of the Company, has today purchased 3,500
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 60p per
share.

As a result of this purchase, Mr. Bending now holds 2,028,500 Ordinary Shares,
representing 17.8 per cent. of the Company's issued Share Capital.
