Craig Lyon Campbell, a director of the Company, and his wife have today each purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company at a price of 52p per share. As a result of these purchases, Mr. Campbell, together with his connected
interests, now holds 10,000 shares, representing 0.088% of the issued share capital of the Company.
