The Company has today been informed that on 27 October 2006 Craig Lyon Campbell,
a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 75p
per  share. These shares are held in joint names with his wife Mrs Ann Campbell.
Mr  Campbell  is now beneficially interested in 15,000 Ordinary  Shares  in  the
Company, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital.
