SpaceandPeople, the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, has been notified that   Matthew Bending, Chief Executive Officer of SpaceandPeople, has transferred  825,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from him to his wife. Following this transaction, the beneficial interests of Matthew Bending, including those of his immediate family, remain unchanged at 2,064,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.6% of the total voting rights of the Company.
