The  Company  was  today  informed that Mr. David  Henderson  Williams,  a  Non-
Executive  director  of  the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary  shares  in  the
Company  at  a  price of 85p per share on Friday 19 January 2007. Mr  Henderson
Williams'  total  shareholding is now 20,000 Ordinary shares  -  representing  a
0.18% interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
