The Company has today been advised that following the sale of 500,000 Ordinary 1p Shares at 70p per share on 19 April
2006, Nancy J. Cullen, a director of the Company, now holds 1,525,000 shares, representing a 13.38% interest in the
issued share capital of the Company.
