SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, has today been notified that David Henderson-Williams, Chairman of SpaceandPeople, has sold an aggregate of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £1.04 per Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction, Mr. Henderson-Williams now holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
