shares in the Company; this represents approximately 9.00% of the issued share
capital of the Company.

The Company received further notification on 1 February 2007 that as at
30 January 2007, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited was interested in
61,277,636 ordinary shares in the Company; this represents approximately 8.85%
of the issued share capital of the Company
