On 7 December 2007, the Company was notified that on 6 December 2007 Jusuf
Rachmantio, a director of the Company, sold 800,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 3.375p per share. Mr Rachmantio now holds 36,775,662
ordinary shares in the Company's share capital, representing 5.3% of the
Company's issued share capital.
