Director's shareholding

The Company received notification on 5 October 2007 that Gerry Orbell (a 
director of the Company) acquired 770,000 ordinary shares in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.25p per share on that date.

Following the transaction, Mr Orbell has a beneficial interest in 5,879,717 
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share 
capital.
