The Company was informed on 3 December 2002 that Discovery Trust sold 750,000
ordinary shares on 2 December 2002 and is now beneficially interested in
2,795,367 ordinary shares representing 3.37% of the Company's issued share
capital.  The registered holder of these shares is Chase Nominees Limited.
