                      Further re Appointment of director


On 15 November 2001, it was announced that Andrew Davis had been appointed to
the board of Sopheon as a non-executive director.



Andrew Broughton Davis, aged 43, is currently a director of Orbital Software
Holdings plc, Orbital Software Group Limited, Orbital Software Europe Limited,
NB Information Limited and Home Media News Networks Limited and has also been
a director, in the last five years, of Geofox Limited and Westica Limited.
Geofox Limited went into voluntary liquidation on 27 November 1998. The total
shortfall to creditors was estimated to be £576,387. There are no further
details to be disclosed by Andrew Davis in relation to paragraph (f), Schedule
Two of the Aim Rules.
