Sopheon plc ('the Company') announces that:-
Pursuant to the exercise of options it has allotted 170,000 Ordinary Shares of
5p each in the Company.
The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary
Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
for permission to trade these shares on AIM and it is expected that dealings
will commence on Tuesday 10 October 2000.
