announcement released 22 November 2001 at 16.30 under RNS 5778N the announcement
should have read dealings will commence on Friday 23 November 2001 and not 
Wednesday 23 November 2001 as previously stated.

Sopheon announces that it has issued 18,941 ordinary shares of 5p each in
connection with the exercise of share options. Application has been made to
the London Stock Exchange for the shares being issued to be admitted to AIM
and it is expected that dealings will commence on Friday 23 November 2001.
