Reference is made to the prospectus dated 4 February 2014 and previous stock exchange announcements regarding the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 61,000,000 shares (the "Offer Shares") in Songa Offshore SE (the "Company") at a subscription price of NOK 2.50 per Offer Share.

Settlement of the Subsequent Offering has now been completed and 61,000,000 Offer Shares have been issued. Following the completion of the Subsequent Offering, the Company's issued and outstanding share capital is EUR 96,130,379.84 divided into 873,912,544 shares, each with a par value of EUR 0.11.

The Offer Shares will become immediately tradable on Oslo Børs.

Fearnley Securities AS and Swedbank First Securities acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Subsequent Offering.
