September fleet update

Songa Venus has achieved operating efficiency of 100% during the month. The rig is currently operating for the ADA Consortium and CNOOC Australia offshore North West Australia. Songa Mercur has achieved operating efficiency of 100% during the month. The rig have been held on standby in Dampier for upcoming work and commenced mobilization for operational part of the Woodside Energy Contract on 30 September. Songa Saturn has achieved operating efficiency of 93% during the month. The rig continues to operate under the Nippon led consortium contract in Libya working for Petrobras. As earlier announced the rig will go directly to Malta for upgrade works after this third well, well completion timing is now anticipated to be mid November 2009, rig will then sail to Equatorial Guinea for onwards contract there. Songa Dee has achieved operating efficiency of 98%; the rig continues to operate for Marathon / Lundin in Norway. Songa Delta has achieved operating efficiency of 96%; the rig is working for Wintershall / Det norske oljeselskap in Norway. Songa Trym has achieved operating efficiency of 98%; the rig continues to operate for StatoilHydro in Norway.
