through Hajfa Ltd bought 10,000 shares in the Company at NOK 22 per share. After
this transaction, Hajfa Ltd holds 10,000 shares in the company. Anchor Capital
Management Ltd, a company controlled by Mr Jens Wilhelmsen, holds 10,000 shares
in the Company.
