Fleet update

Songa Venus has achieved operating efficiency of 97% in July. The rig is operating for Shell Australia offshore North West Australia and is expected to change operator back to the ADA Consortium and CNOOC Australia during August. Songa Mercur has achieved operating efficiency of 94% in July. The rig continues its work for Santos offshore North West Australia. It is currently working on its last well in the mentioned contract with expected completion mid August. The Company is in detailed discussions and negotiations with potential clients for onwards work in Australia. Songa Saturn has achieved operating efficiency of 98% in July. The rig continues to operate under the Nippon led consortium contract in Libya, and working on the third out of four firm consortium wells, this time for Petrobras. The fourth well is expected to start-up late August; the rig will thereafter go to Malta for upgrade works and then sail to Equatorial Guinea for onwards contract there. Songa Dee has achieved operating efficiency of 95% during July. The rig continues to operate for Marathon / Lundin, currently working at the Luno Field. Songa Delta has achieved operating efficiency of 98% in July. The rig is working for Wintershall / Det norske oljeselskap at the Fongen field. Songa Trym has achieved operating efficiency of 100% in July. The rig continues to operate for StatoilHydro at the Troll Field.
