Dividend details

Further  to  Send  Group plc's maiden preliminary  results,  which  were
announced  yesterday 2 May, the recommended dividend payment of  2p  per
share  for the period from 15 May 2001 to 31 December 2001 will be  paid
on 28 June 2002, to shareholders on the register at 31 May 2002.
