Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the announcement on 14 March 2023, in relation to the settlement of 39,032 Restricted Stock Units ("RSU") in exchange for an equivalent number of common stock shares of the Company at a price of 358 pence, reflecting the close price on the day of settlement, as permitted under the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan approved by the Board of Directors on December 3, 2019, the Company confirms that as part of this settlement the following executive Directors received shares as set out below:
