AGM Statement

 

Somero Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held tomorrow, 18 May 2023, at its global headquarters located at 14530 Global Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida 33913 U.S.A. at 9 a.m. local time via webcast.  The Annual General Meeting will be held via webcast and participation is encouraged by registering online at https://services.choruscall.com/links/som230518lFHSFq7e.html.  This link can also be found on our website at https://investors.somero.com/ along with dial-in numbers for telephonic participation.  The Board looks forward to providing a trading update in June covering the first 5 months' trading of 2023 consistent with historical practice.
