Following the acquisition of the English Trust group of companies by Insinger
de Beaufort, the Anglo-Dutch investment bank, English Trust Company Limited,
the above company's Nominated Adviser, has changed its name to Insinger de
Beaufort (Corporate Finance) Limited. English Trust will in future trade as
Insinger English Trust, a division of Insinger de Beaufort (Corporate Finance)
Limited.
