In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ('DTR') the Company was
informed on 28 March 2007 by FMR Corp ('FMR') that, in fulfilment of its
obligations under Rule 5 of the DTR, as at close of business on 26 March 2007,
FMR no longer had a disclosable interest in the ordinary shares of 1p each in
the issued share capital of the Company.
