21 June 2012: Ncondezi Coal Company Limited ("Ncondezi" or the "Company") (AIM: NCCL) has been notified that the following directors and management have bought 202,785 shares in the Company. 

In addition Michael Haworth bought 220,000 shares in April 2012, prior to his appointment as Non-Executive Chairman on 1 June 2012 (see the press release dated 22 May 2012).
