Allotment of Shares

Ncondezi Coal Company Limited (AIM: NCCL), announces that it has issued in aggregate 700,000 shares to Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of the Ncondezi Trust No. 1 to be held on behalf of employees to whom the Company has made awards pursuant to its LTIP scheme. The Company has applied for the shares to be admitted to trading AIM and this is expected to occur on 23 December 2010.
