                              Exercise of Options

The Board has been notified that under the Screen Technology Limited EMI Scheme,
2,500 options have been exercised at 5 pence per share by an employee of the
Company.

Accordingly, application has been made for 2,500 new ordinary shares ("the
Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will
take place on 10 May 2007.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company. Following this allotment, for the purposes of the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary
shares of 5p of Screen Technology in issue at the date of this notice is
35,211,470.
