                             Director Shareholding


The Board of Screen Technology was notified today that Tom Swan, a Non Executive
Director of Screen Technology, on 11 January 2007 sold 10,000 ordinary shares at
a price of 73.532p and today sold 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 74p and
as a result now has a beneficial interest in 5,807,951 ordinary shares which
represents 16.54 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
