Considering that:

-     on January 29, 2024 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) was convened for March 1 (4), 2024;

-     item 1 of the aforementioned OGMS agenda, reffers to "the approval of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Individual Income and Expenditure Budget for 2024"

The company informs its shareholders and investors that starting with January 30, 2024 the document related to item 1 on the OGMS agenda is available to the shareholders in compliance with the applicable legal and statutory provisions, on working days, at the registry desk of the Company located in Constantin I. Motas Square, no. 4, Mediaş, Sibiu County, Romania, postal code 551130, and on the Company's website (https://www.romgaz.ro/en/shareholder-meetings).

The document related to item 1 on the OGMS agenda, respectively Substantiation Note of the 2024 Individual Income and Expenditure Budget of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A., will contain both the indicators included in the budget for 2024 and the preliminary financial data for 2023.

Please be advised that the 2023 preliminary indicators included in the Substantiation Note of the 2024 Individual Income and Expenditure Budget of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. may be subject to change and may differ from the preliminary indicators for 2023 contained in the Preliminary Consolidated Report for 2023, to be published on February 28, 2024, according to the 2024 Financial Communication Calendar.
