Results of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Siam Investment Fund (the 'Fund') wishes to 
announce that at an Annual General Meeting of the shareholders held on 
November 11, 2005 in Bangkok, Thailand, shareholder approval was received for 
the following two items:

(1)     adoption of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended March 31,
        2005

(2)     appointment of Grant Thornton as auditors of the Fund
