The Board of Directors of the Siam Investment Fund (the 'Fund') wishes to 
announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders scheduled 
for February 21, 2006 in Bangkok, Thailand has been adjourned until Wednesday, 
February 22,2006, on account of the lack of a quorum.
