The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 3 August 2020, Anthony Grace (Chief Financial Officer) was granted options to buy 42,857 shares at an option price of £0.126 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan . This award supersedes and replaces all previous SAYE grants. The savings term is three years and the options are exercisable between 1 September 2023 and 28 February 2024.
