Smiths Group plc - SMITHS DETECTION INVESTOR Day

 

Smiths Group plc is today holding an investor presentation in London on its Smiths Detection business.

 

The presentation will outline the division's business strategy, describe the growth drivers and provide an update on its performance improvement programme.

 

No new material information will be disclosed, nor will there be any update on current trading beyond the Interim Management Statement that was issued on 15 May 2012.

 

The presentation materials will be available on www.smiths.com from 08.30 am today.  Webcasts and transcripts of the presentations will be posted on the website as soon as they are available.
