NOTICE OF MEETING TO DECLARE INTERIM DIVIDEND AND ANNOUNCE RESULTS FOR HALF YEAR

On Wednesday 21 March 2007 a committee of the Board is expected to declare an
interim dividend on the ordinary share capital and announce the financial
results of the Company for the half-year ended 3 February 2007.

Subject to the declaration of a dividend, the 'ex-dividend' date will be 28
March 2007 and the record date will be 30 March 2007. The dividend payment date
will be 27 April 2007.
