NOTICE OF MEETING TO DECLARE INTERIM DIVIDEND AND ANNOUNCE RESULTS FOR HALF YEAR

On Wednesday 13 March 2002 a committee of the Board is expected to declare an
interim dividend on the ordinary share capital and announce the financial
results of the Company for the half-year ended 31 January 2002.

Subject to the declaration of a dividend, the 'ex-dividend' date will be 20
March 2002 and the record date will be 22 March 2002. The dividend payment date
will be 19 April 2002.
