NOTICE OF MEETING TO DECLARE FINAL DIVIDEND AND ANNOUNCE PRELIMINARY RESULTS
FOR YEAR

On Wednesday 26 September 2001 a committee of the Board is expected to
recommend a final dividend on the ordinary share capital and issue the
preliminary statement of the financial results of the company for the year
ended 31 July 2001
