APPOINTMENTS TO REMUNERATION COMMITTEE
Mr P.J. Jackson, the senior independent director of the Company, and Sir Kevin
Tebbit, KCB, CMG, a non-executive director of the Company, have been appointed
as members of the Remuneration Committee of the Board with effect from 16 April
2008.
