ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATION OF DIVIDEND
It is expected that a duly constituted committee of the Board will meet on
Wednesday 29 September 1999 for the purposes of approving a preliminary
announcement of the results of the Company for the 52 weeks ended 31 July 1999
and recommending a final dividend on the ordinary shares for the same period.
