We have been advised today that Mr Alan Fryer, a director of
the Company, has today, acquired 2,800 ordinary shares at a
price of 123.2p per share through the exercise of sharesave
options.  Mr Fryer now has an interest in 69,993 ordinary
shares, 0.0063% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
